The Banks Group has a wide variety of career opportunities available from head office functions such as accountancy, human resources and administration to project development careers including geology, planning, engineering, project management and graphic design.  We also employ a large number of operational site staff including site managers, hgv drivers, plant operators, engineers and mechanics.

Banks was awarded the Investors in People (IIP) status in 1996 and has since then achieved the year on year improvement in staff development required to maintain its IIP status.  Every member of staff has a Training and Development Plan which is monitored every year during an appraisal.  Staff are encouraged to further their careers through NVQ’s, professional chartered qualifications, degree courses and targeted training courses.
